If you're going to book tickets then don't try to book tickets for Cineworld by phone. They got a voice recognition system which work quite well until you try to say "Were-rabbit" to it!!

[grins] I hate voice-recognoition at the best of times! But this is Vue not Cineworld. I hope!

Unless they've changed them again you can escape the voice recognition system for both the Cineworld and the VUE by pressing ** at each prompt until it gives up.

This gives you a keypad based system.
