Postcards

When caliston and I went to Greece last month, we posted 10 postcards. I wrote 9 him one. So far I know that 4 of mine have been received. emperor mentioned to me at Michaelmas that the one to him and atreic had arrived. Somewhile later I received a text from curig saying thanks for the postcard and not much afterwards angelofthenorth mentioned receiving one. This Saturday, the one to my parents arrived. I'd dated it when I wrote it -- 18th September! Hopefully David and Jo's will be waiting for them when they return from NZ tomorrow (they've been away since 2nd October). Haven't heard about the other four though.

Oh, I'm sorry. It was lovely to receive your card - thank you very much - but bad post-office timing, in that your card arrived the same day (a few weeks ago) as my letter of doom from the hospital... I did start texting you a thank-you, but...

[giggles] You're not useless. The postal service might be, though it seems my parents might be the worst. Well I've not heard whether Nain's has arrived and those were the first two to be posted!
